Jen Michaels, grew up in New CIty and while experiencing her incredible childhood, knew it was the perfect place to raise her own family. While her number one job is caring for her three incredible boys Jake, Oliver & Cameron, she has found a place to be creative balancing home and work life at THE WINDOW as she incorporates her style and infectious warmth and smile working with customers!

Andrew Michaels landed his first role in hospitality and rose fast in the ranks at the Tri-Sate areas premier high-end event production company. After producing thousands of spectacular private events over the years it catapulted his entrepreneurial itch and he launched his 1st food venture SMUSH. This was an Ice Cream Sandwich shop that mimicked a traditional NY Deli , but a “Deli of Desserts” in NYC Bryant Park & Union Square. It garnered and overwhelming response and press! Shortly, after he wanted to incorporate both his knowledge of the HIGH-END private event world and his love for Food, so he started an outside event and catering company. While growing his business he needed a home base and was presented with an opportunity to have his own private venue incorporating his years of knowledge and creativity to design Rockland County’s first Modern Farm To Table venue that he is proud to call home!

SEAN O’CONELL
(EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF)

Sean O’Connell, has returned from NYC to his hometown of Rockland County to partner with Chef Andrew Michaels on extending RH241’s baking and pastry division. Chef Sean started his young career learning baking and production basics at the local Rockland Bakery. From there he went to study and earn his degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. To further his education Chef Sean trained in Paris to learn Fine French Baking before returning back to the states to start his culinary career with Danny Meyer owned, Union Square Hospitality Group. He used his talents and knowledge of fine French baking & baking production to excel his position at USHG from Pastry Cook to Pastry Sous Chef within 5 years, becoming youngest Pastry Sous Chef at the time. His most recent endeavor is aligning with Chef Andrew Michaels here at RH241 to create Rockland County’s premier event space.
